COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS
The company is not responsible for any damage caused to the goods by the carrier. Upon receipt of the products, the customer must immediately verify the condition and conformity of the products.
a) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without any penalty, by notifying via email, WhatsApp or social media platforms.
Attention : the right of withdrawal can be exercised only by respecting the following condition: the products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged.
1) Inform the VT team
The first thing to do is to inform us of your wish to withdraw from the contract. You must do so within 14 days of receiving the product you purchased.
To communicate the right of withdrawal and proceed with the return you can:

- Please let us know how you want to return the package:
a) if you ship it directly (in this case we ask for the tracking number if possible, in order to keep the package monitored and avoid the goods getting lost)
b) or if you want to use one of our representatives who will come and collect it from your home (in this case the return costs of 7 euros will be at your expense)
Before proceeding we always suggest contacting us via email or telephone or via social media, to avoid misunderstandings and unpleasant inconveniences.
In case of returns not agreed with a member of the VT team or failure to comply with the following procedures - VT declines any responsibility for refund activities.
2) Pack the parcel
After having communicated your wish to withdraw in writing to our team, proceed to send the package.
- Pack the parcel carefully, wrapping it properly and in a safe and secure manner.
- try to hide the contents of the package with a masking paper.
- In case you would like to use the collection service through one of our representatives, there are no return labels to apply but we ask you to write our address on the package so that the courier can deliver it to us without errors:

3) Ship the package
After completing the previous operations, proceed to return the package with your purchase to be returned according to the following methods:
- By sending it to the VT team at your own expense at the following address:

- By handing it over to the courier responsible for picking it up at your home (in this case the return costs of 7 euros will be at your expense)
4) Wait for the refund
Once the shipping process is complete, you will probably have to wait 7 to 10 days to see your refund credited.
The refund must be made using the same method you used to originally purchase the product: PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, etc.
If you have respected the 14-day deadline for the right of withdrawal, you will be refunded everything, including shipping costs.
If you have exceeded the 14 days but respected the additional days that the VT team has granted you, you will be refunded almost everything, because the shipping costs may be at your expense.
In any case, VT is not required to reimburse you for the additional costs requested by you for shipping types other than the standard one.
In case you have chosen a fast, premium or rapid delivery type, VT may at its discretion refund you only for the standard (cheapest) shipping type.
NB: When is it not possible to return?
Custom-made or clearly personalized goods do not fall within the product categories for which the right of return can be exercised.
b) NON-CONFORMING / DAMAGED PRODUCT
In the event that you believe that at the time of delivery the product does not appear to be compliant with the provisions of the Contract, you must immediately contact us via one of the following channels:

- write to us on our Instagram and Facebook platforms via private message
and we will advise you of the most correct procedure to follow.
In the event of a lack of conformity of the goods, we will offer the replacement of the product or the refund (as the case may be), unless otherwise requested, provided that this is objectively possible and/or not excessively onerous for us pursuant to applicable legislation.
The refund of the sums or the replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which we have confirmed to you that we will proceed with the refund or replacement of the unsuitable item, without any costs to you.
The amount paid for products that will be returned due to damage or defect, if actually existing, will be refunded in full, including the delivery costs incurred for sending the item and for the return by you.
The refund will be made via the payment method used to make the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. All rights recognized to consumers by current legislation remain intact.
c) REPLACEMENT WITH ANOTHER PRODUCT
It is possible to request an exchange for an item of your choice, always respecting the conditions valid in points a)1) and a)2).
Any price variations between the returned items and the new ones selected for exchange will be charged/credited to you.
- in case of collection of the return at your home + delivery of the new package with our appointed courier: the Return fee of 12 euros will be applied
- if you are the one shipping the package at your own expense, the standard shipping rate of 5 euros will be applied.
