You can participate every day from 06/06/2022 to 06/07/2022
There are four periods of play:
Period 1: from 06/06/2022 to 13/06/2022
Period 2: from 06/14/2022 to 06/20/2022
Period 3: from 06/21/2022 to 06/27/2022
Period 4: from 06/28/2022 to 07/06/2022
RECIPIENTS:
The event is aimed at adult Instagram and Facebook users
ADVERTISING ':
The initiative will be advertised through an Internet advertising campaign. Other forms of communication will be possible, provided they comply with this regulation.

PURPOSE OF THE INITIATIVE:
The photographic contributions sent and selected will be used by the organizer to create a video story with all the photos of the memories that the participants have shared according to the criteria given by the organizer.
MODALITY:
The user can participate in the initiative through their Instagram account or through their Facebook account.
In order to participate in the initiative via Instagram, the user must publish on his Instagram profile, in the period 06/06/2022 to 06/07/2022, a post consisting of an image that is special to the user, relating to a significant moment and in which he possibly wore a significant accessory, inserting in the message field an emotional explanation of why that photo has a particular value, and completing the sentence: If I could go back to that moment...
The post must be public.
In order to participate in the initiative via Facebook, the user must comment on the post published on the page https://www.facebook.com/veronicatordimadeinitaly/ relating to the initiative “IF I COULD GO BACK TO THAT MOMENT”
- in the period 06/06/2022 to 06/07/2022
- the post must consist of an image that is special to the user, relating to a significant moment and in which he or she was possibly wearing a significant accessory, inserting in the message field an emotional explanation of why that photo has a particular value, and completing the sentence: If I could go back to that moment...
RULES
Whatever the chosen participation channel, the organizer will not admit contributions to the initiative that:
- contain vulgar or offensive language/style, have racist or pornographic content, offensive or denigrating content, violent content, etc.
- contain third-party trademarks.
The competitor can upload materials of which he is the author and at the same time as the upload:
- indemnifies the promoter from any rights asserted by third parties
- takes charge of any litigation costs with third parties who claim rights to the uploaded material
- declares to have all rights to the published photo
- If there are recognizable minors in the image, you declare that you are their parent or legal guardian
- In the event that the photo portrays the owner who was a minor at the time (therefore in the past) but is currently an adult, the person who publishes it declares himself responsible for its content to all effects and releases VT from any liability.
JURY:
At the end of each period into which the initiative is divided, and by the following dates:

Period 4: from 06/28/2022 to 07/06/2022
a Jury composed of VT staff and external experts will meet to evaluate the submitted contributions and will select - for each of the four game periods - an author among the participants of that period, according to the following criteria:
- aesthetic quality of photography
- most emotional text
- emotion transmitted through the image
The jury's verdict is final and unquestionable.
Each of the four authors selected by the jury will be contacted via a private message sent to their Instagram and/or Facebook profile, at the same time they will receive the indemnity of acceptance and transfer of rights for commercial use of the contribution sent which must be returned duly completed and signed within 7 days with a copy of a valid identity document.
The selected user who has signed and sent the acceptance and transfer of rights release in the manner described above will receive within 180 days a Veronica Tordi accessory from the “SE POTESSI TORNARE A QUEL MOMENTO” collection visible on the site: https://www.veronicatordi.it/collections
CLARIFICATIONS:
The Organizing Company reserves the right to modify, even partially and at any time, the methods of participation in the prize initiative, giving adequate notice, not introducing worsening changes and safeguarding the rights already acquired by the participants.
The Organizing Company assumes no responsibility for registrations and/or messages lost or received damaged during online transmission, received after the established time or with incorrect data.
The Organizing Company assumes no responsibility for any access problem, impediment, malfunction or difficulty regarding the technical instruments, the computer, the telephone line, the cables, the electronics, the software and hardware, the transmission and connection, the Internet connection that may prevent a competitor from participating in the initiative.
The selected users cannot contest the amount assigned, nor request the corresponding value in money or the change/replacement for any reason. However, in the event that the Organizing Company is unable to deliver what was promised, it reserves the right to replace the announced products with products of equal or greater value.
Registration for the prize initiative implies implicit acceptance by the participant of this transparency regulation in its entirety and without any reservation.
For the purposes of the regulation, it is specified that this reward initiative is in no way sponsored, supported or administered by Instagram and Facebook and in no way associated with the aforementioned social networks.
Instagram and Facebook will have no liability whatsoever towards the participants in the initiative.
The name and city of each selected user can be entered on the organizer's digital channels.
PRIVACY:
The personal data provided will be processed, mainly using electronic means, by

for the management of all phases of the event and related activities.
With prior consent, the winners' data may be disclosed on the Internet site, social networks or other means of communication and information to the public.
Furthermore, with prior consent, the data may be processed by VT for the electronic sending of its own information and advertising material.

Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016, the user may exercise the relevant rights, including consulting, modifying, deleting data or opposing their processing for legitimate reasons or for the purpose of sending promotional material, by contacting the owner at the email address: vero@veronicatordi.it
REASONS FOR EXCLUSION FROM PRESIDENTIAL DECREE 430/2001 based on art. 6 c.1 Lett. A:
- Participation in the initiative is completely free.
- No purchase of organizer products/services is required.
- Participation requires that the competitor creates an artistic contribution and that he/she transfers it to the organizer in the manner described above, renouncing any rights connected and/or relative to the work of genius created.
- The artistic contribution of the competitor is given to the organizer who will use it to create videos that will be made available on their digital channels.
- The winners are chosen following a vote by a jury.
