"1000 HUGS" INITIATIVE AND A SOLIDARITY CHRISTMAS

Dear friends,

I am really happy to be able to present you a project that I have been working on for a long time. In collaboration with the ONLUS association "Un Angelo Per Capello" I created the initiative "1000 Abbracci".

What does it mean? I'll explain better 🌸

Un Angelo Per Capello collects donations of real hair by mail, and through a company they collaborate with, they are able to provide wigs completely free of charge to cancer patients in financial difficulty who otherwise could not afford them.

I had the opportunity to speak with Marco, the person in charge of this association who with great humanity and simplicity made me feel how every gesture - however small - was important.

I have long wondered what I could do to contribute, to give support to those who are now facing such a delicate and psychologically complicated path.

So it came to my mind that postcards are something beautiful, simple, that instinctively comes easy to us to keep and give as gifts (and if you know me a little you know that I have a real passion for postcards, especially vintage ones!)

The initiative we created is called "1000 Hugs"

- HOW IT WORKS: Each postcard you find for sale on my site at the price of 1 euro is equivalent to a Hug, and is numbered: 1/1000, 2/1000 and so on.

You can buy the postcard in paper format (it will be sent to you inside VT jewelry packages) or in digital format (it will be sent to you via email)

- GOAL : The goal is to reach 1000 Hugs, which will be entirely donated to the association Un Angelo Per Capello to cover the costs related to their charity and volunteer activities.

- DURATION: We have time until 12/31/2022 ❤️
